Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the SNS management service “SocialHub” (hereinafter “the Service”) provided by Maria Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”). Registered users (hereinafter “Users”) shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- “The Service” refers to the SNS management service “SocialHub” provided by the Company.
- “User” refers to an individual or entity that has registered for the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
- “Linked Services” refers to external services such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads, and other services integrated with the Service.
Article 3 (Registration)
- Those wishing to use the Service shall apply for registration through the method prescribed by the Company upon agreeing to these Terms.
- The Company may refuse registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:
- False, erroneous, or incomplete information in the registration
- Prior violation of these Terms
- Other cases where the Company deems registration inappropriate
Article 4 (Account Management)
- Users shall properly manage their account information (email address and password) at their own responsibility.
- Users shall not allow third parties to use their account information, nor lend, transfer, change ownership, or sell it.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by insufficient account management or use by third parties; such responsibility lies with the User.
Article 5 (SNS Account Integration)
- Users may connect Linked Service accounts to the Service through OAuth authentication to use the Service's features.
- The scope and purpose of data obtained through integration are as set forth in the Company's Privacy Policy.
- Users may disconnect from Linked Services at any time. Upon disconnection, OAuth authentication tokens and cached data for that Linked Service will be promptly deleted.
- Some features of the Service may become unavailable due to specification changes, API restrictions, or service outages of Linked Services. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage arising from such causes.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that infringe upon intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
- Activities that interfere with the servers or network functionality of the Service
- Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized collection or accumulation of other users' information
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Use of data obtained through the Service beyond the intended purpose of the Service
- Activities that violate the terms of service of Linked Services
- Providing benefits to or cooperating with antisocial forces
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Service Suspension)
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following reasons exist:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the Service systems
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to failures, specification changes, or API restrictions of Linked Services
- Other cases where the Company determines that provision of the Service is difficult
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred by Users arising from the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any functional limitations or suspension of the Service caused by API specification changes, rate limits, or failures of Linked Services.
Article 9 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of the User's use of the Service or deregister the User if the User falls under any of the following:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Discovery of false information in registration details
- Other cases where the Company deems use of the Service inappropriate
Article 10 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service at any time through the method prescribed by the Company. Upon withdrawal, user data will be deleted in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may modify these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms of Service will take effect from the time they are posted on this page. If changes are not in the general interest of Users, the Company will provide prior notice with a reasonable period.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
The handling of personal information associated with the use of the Service shall be as set forth in the Company's Privacy Policy. Users shall agree to the Privacy Policy in conjunction with agreeing to these Terms.
Article 13 (Notices and Communications)
Notices or communications between Users and the Company shall be made by the method determined by the Company. The Company will send notices or communications to the currently registered contact information, which shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of sending, unless the User has submitted a change notification in the form separately prescribed by the Company.
Article 14 (Prohibition of Assignment)
Users may not assign or pledge their contractual position or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
